Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us directly, specifically when you place an order or submit a custom print request:

• Your name and WhatsApp number
• Shipping address, and billing address if different
• The items in your order, or notes/preferences for a custom order
• Files you upload for custom orders — 3D model files (STL/3MF/OBJ) or reference photos
• A UPI transaction reference and/or payment screenshot, to verify payment

Your cart contents are stored only in your own browser (via localStorage) so it persists as you browse — we don't see or receive that until you actually check out.

• To produce, package and ship your order
• To quote and confirm custom print requests
• To contact you on WhatsApp about your order — confirmation, questions, dispatch updates
• To verify UPI payments before confirming an order

We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Files you upload for a custom order (3D models or reference photos) are used only to quote, produce and fulfil that order. They aren't shared publicly or used for anything else without asking you first.

Order details and uploaded files are kept on our systems for as long as reasonably needed — to fulfil your order, keep records for support/warranty purposes, and meet basic accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see “Contact us” below), and we'll do so unless we're required to keep something for legal reasons.

We share order and contact details with WhatsApp only to the extent needed to message you about your order — WhatsApp is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy, separate from ours. We don't share your information with any other third party, and we don't use analytics or advertising trackers that profile you.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just message us on WhatsApp.

3DPlug isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
