Every piece is printed to order, by hand-finished machines — small variations in color, surface texture and visible layer lines are normal, not defects, and product photos are representative rather than exact. Sizes shown at checkout are approximate.

• By uploading a 3D file or reference photo, you confirm you own it or otherwise have the right to have it printed. We're not responsible for verifying this, and we're not liable if a file you submit infringes someone else's rights.
• Some catalog items are inspired by or resemble characters, vehicles or designs from other brands and franchises. These are unofficial fan-made pieces, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the original rights holders, and are sold for personal, non-commercial use.
• The “instant estimate” shown on the custom-order page (weight, print time, price) is a rough geometric approximation from your file, not a real slice — it's indicative only. The price we actually confirm over WhatsApp is the one that applies.

Catalog prices are shown in INR and include the material/size options you select. Placing an order or sending a payment isn't a guarantee we'll accept it — we confirm every order manually over WhatsApp after checking your payment, and the order is only binding once we've confirmed it. For custom orders, nothing is charged or committed until we've agreed a price with you directly.

We currently accept UPI only. You'll pay to the UPI ID/QR shown at checkout and provide a transaction reference and/or screenshot as proof — we verify this manually before confirming your order. Please make sure the details you provide are accurate; we can't confirm an order we can't verify payment for.

Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates. Custom orders in particular can take longer depending on complexity and our current queue — we'll confirm a realistic timeline with you over WhatsApp. See our Shipping & Returns page for more.

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before we start printing it — just message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible for custom or made-to-order items, since they can't be resold.

Our prints are decorative/functional consumer items, not rated for structural, load-bearing or safety-critical use unless we explicitly say so for a specific product. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a product you buy from us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms from time to time — the date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
